Kihesi Rwaguma has served as a Senior Advisor in the Office of the Prime Minister since 2013, with a tenure that began in 2011. Throughout his career in the Office of the Prime Minister, Rwaguma has held several pivotal roles, including Executive Administrator to the Director of Cabinet, Advisor to the Director of Cabinet, and Monitoring and Evaluation Senior Analyst.

Rwaguma holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the University Libre De Kigali and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Rwanda. His educational background has equipped him with a robust foundation in business management, complementing his extensive experience in public administration.
