About Andrew

In the heart of every child lies a universe of potential waiting to be discovered and nurtured. This sentiment has been the guiding light throughout the life and work of MAHAME Andrew, a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment and mentorship.

Born and raised in in Rwanda, MAHAME Andrew discovered their passion for working with young minds at an early age. From leading peer support groups in high school and Church to volunteering with several organisations, they found profound fulfillment in connecting with children and adolescents, guiding them through the challenges of growing up, and helping them realize their dreams.

Fueled by an unwavering belief in the transformative power of mentorship, MAHAME Andrew pursued professional studies in community development and postgraduate studies in theology and leadership, equipping himself with the knowledge and skills needed to make a lasting impact. Armed with this academic foundation, he embarked on a journey to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity for the next generation.

One of Andrew's most notable contributions to the field of youth mentorship is their groundbreaking work in Youth Sports. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by children and adolescents in this domain, they have spearheaded innovative programs and interventions that empower young people to navigate this complex terrain with confidence and resilience.
