Paul Mugabo has accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise in finance and administration throughout his career. Currently serving as the Director of Support Service at the Rwanda Convention Bureau, he previously held the position of Finance Manager at the same institution from 2021 to 2023.

 

Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, Paul served as the Head of Finance and Administration at Zamara Actuaries & Insurance Ltd. His professional journey also includes a tenure as the Finance and Administration Manager at Joint Venture NPD & Patronics Services Ltd from 2016 to 2018. 

 

Paul's foundational experiences include his role as the Senior Audit Manager at the Rwanda Revenue Authority from 2010 to 2015, where he honed his skills in financial oversight and management. 

 

Paul Mugabo is academically well-equipped, holding an MBA in Financial Accounting Management from the National Institute of Business Management, complemented by a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences from the National University of Rwanda. His blend of practical experience and academic achievement positions him as a seasoned professional in the field of finance and administration.
